Trip Highlights

We are having so much fun here in St. Louis! The flight up here was not too bad. The girls did NOT want to sleep and didn't enjoy having to sit still in our laps, but after 2.5 hours, we made it. They slept for about the last 20 minutes of the flight after I put in a baby einstein DVD. We've been going, going, going so far. This is the first day that we have really had any free time. We have spent a lot of time with family, went to the zoo, and went to Grant's Farm.

The girls are loving it all. Kate stayed awake for the entire 5 hour zoo trip and then our subsequent ice cream trip. She loved all of the animals. Yesterday, Hannah and Kate got to feed the goats at Grant's farm. I bought each of them a bottle of milk and they fed them through the fence. Hannah LOVED it. She laughed so hard when the goat was drinking from the bottle. Kate liked to watch me feed them, but didn't want to have her hands on the bottle. Anyway, I can only access the internet at the local library so these are just a few of the pictures we've taken. Enjoy!

Zoo

One of Kate's new words on the trip is Cheese!-She says it anytime she sees the camera and she actually smiles for pictures now!

Daddy, if you are reading this...we love you and we miss you and wish you were here with us! Mommy is teaching us so many new things and she says that since she's too cheap to buy us souveneirs, all of our new stuff is from you! Thank you, Daddy. You're the best. We can't wait to run into your arms on Saturday night and give you a HUGE hug! Mommy kisses us every night and tells us that you love us and we pray for you, too. Mommy also says that she loves you and says that she'd rather be sharing a bed with you than Aunt Sarah.
